Panels are held together by special durable spring steel clips – either assembled to full box size or flat-packed.
The base is usually incorporated into a pallet for handling by forklift. Alternatively simple webbing belt handles or spring loaded metal handles can be fitted for manual handling.
Primarily a collapsible, returnable and reusable packaging system.
Custom designed according to customer requirements – specific to the product(s) to be transported. If required interior dunnage and stillage, as well as various foam, rubber and other support can be designed for maximum product support.
Finishing can include coating with clear wood sealer or color coated – including company logos, handling instructions, etc.
